Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes rules that apply to your use of the Text Data Reader service (the "Service"). It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service and should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

  • Illegal Content or Activity: Using the Service for unlawful purposes or to store, process, or transmit illegal content.
  • Infringement: Uploading or processing content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
  • Security Violations: Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network; bypassing or breaching security or authentication measures.
  • Service Disruption: Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service, including DDoS, flooding, spamming, mail-bombing, or overloading resources.
  • Malware and Harmful Code: Distributing malware, spyware, ransomware, or other malicious code.
  • Abusive or Harmful Content: Content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that promotes violence or discrimination.
  • Account Misuse: Sharing credentials, impersonating others, or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation.
  • Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering any part of the Service except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  • Automated Access: Excessive scraping or automated access beyond reasonable use or published limits.

3. Fair Use and Resource Limits

You agree to use the Service within reasonable limits. We may set or adjust technical limits (e.g., file sizes, rate limits) to maintain stability and performance.

4. Security and Reporting

Do not attempt to exploit the Service. If you discover a security issue, promptly notify us. Do not publicly disclose without prior coordination.

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

We may monitor use for compliance and may suspend or terminate access for violations of this AUP or the Terms. We may remove or disable access to content that violates this AUP.

6. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
