Open large CSV files without Excel freezing

Excel is familiar and powerful, but it struggles with very large CSV files. When a file is too big, Excel can hang for minutes, consume all available memory, or silently drop rows without warning.

DataForge gives you a web-based way to handle those files before they reach Excel. Upload your CSV to the server, let the tool detect delimiter and encoding, and review a structured preview in the browser. From there, you can configure how many rows you want per output and ask DataForge to split the file into smaller parts. The conversion runs on the server so your browser stays responsive, and you receive download links for smaller, Excel-ready files. When you have finished downloading, use the delete option in the tool to remove temporary files from the server.
